SEYAM SYNDICATE LIMITED in its new title, established and registered with Government Institutions of Bangladesh in 2006, with a view to establish Trade & Business with International Manufacturers. Suppliers on their products, machinery, equipment in Bangladesh. This Company has been executing its activity jointly with its associated Companies ARMA Group established in 1985, M/s. Friends Associates established in 2003. & M/s. Independent Traders established in 2005. These Companies prime activities are to participate in the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) on different merchandises/projects through foreign Principals or on behalf of interested foreign bidders/participants as their local representative in Bangladesh. These companies also provide Indents to local buyers of respective products for import of merchandises through establishment of Letter of Credit in favor of the foreign Principals. These companies also successfully finished different type of civil works.

The field of International Competitive Bidding (ICB) activities are for supply of different machinery/equipment e.g. Vacuum Switch Gear, C.W Pump Impeller with Shaft, Sub Merged, Scraper, Conveyor Spares, Conductor, Connector, 11 KV Pin Insulator with Pin, 11 KV Shackle Insulator, 11 KV Guy Insulator, Aerial Bundle Cable Fitting & Accessories, 11 KV Tension Type Cross arm, 11KV Load Break Switch, Sub-Station, Road Construction Equipment, Mooring materials, Power Plant Spares Parts, Heat Exchanger, Pressure Switch, Solenoid Valve, Diesel Generators Spare Parts, with accessories on turnkey basis on behalf of foreign manufacturers /suppliers. Over a period of time, we have been successful in becoming the Local Distributorship/Representative of the following foreign Companies for marketing / services of their products operating in Bangladesh
AFTER SALE-SERVICE
Technical service supports are provided by Principals' factory trained qualified Engineers to the end users of machinery / equipment.Customer Care Unit has been formed to undertake routine visit to the Customers site and advise them the method of up keeping the machinery & arrange to settle warranty claim quickly.Company arrange to pertain technical training in and abroad to the service personnel on the new model machinery & equipment supplied to Govt. or Private Customers.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDING
Collection of market information through Sales Team. Development of contracts/projects / work opportunities through foreign assistance. Active pursuance on bidding activities at grass root level for satisfactory conclusions and acquisition of work order from the buyers. Maintenance of constant touch with the buyers to develop good relation with the Top Management to get their blessings in acquisition of job, keep them constant informed on product items of foreign Principals, insist and incline them to procure specified products for their Institutions.
SALES PROCEDURE
The Companies are engaged to explore market opportunities through physical investigation of machinery/equipment & merchandises in the important corners of cities/places. Sales Team has been formed by qualified and active young man for marketing & sale of equipment/machinery. They are all have been put under Mobile Telephone network controlled by Managing Director/General Manager (Sales & Service.)
